Validex Intel

Work Worth Your Time With Partners Worth Your Trust.

Whether you are filling open machine capacity or sourcing a critical component, finding the right partner should not mean chasing unverified claims or submitting blind bids. Validex Intel is a private network where vendors receive pre-qualified opportunities and buyers are introduced to vetted vendors.

We Help You Cut Through The Noise

Public directories, unverified claims, credibility concerns, marketing fluff. There is a lot of noise to navigate, and our job is to ensure the companies within our private network are trustworthy, reliable, and committed to getting the work done correctly.

Validex Vetted Is a Designation That Matters.

Our network consists of two designations.

Validex Vetted
These companies have progressed through our vetting process and have earned this designation.
Indexed
We have completed research on this company and found them worthy of being listed within our network, but further verification measures still need to be completed.

Matching Built Around Capabilities and Credibility.

Bring us capacity and we bring you the work that fits it. Bring us an RFQ and we match it to a vetted company we already know can do the work.

Validex Vetted, First

We know every Validex Vetted vendor directly. When a request comes in, we introduce you to a vetted vendor that can deliver, in the region that makes logistical sense.

Indexed, and Beyond

If the right fit is not vetted yet, we search our Indexed companies and the open market, and we bring what we find into the network. The search does not stop at what we already have.

Custom Solutions

A targeted procurement goal, or a vendor broadening its reach: we build the approach around the specifics rather than fitting you to a process.

One Account. Multiple Solutions.

Most companies are both vendor and buyer. Register once and your company has a single account covering both, built on one profile that we compile for you and keep current with you. Your account and profile are free.

Company Profile
In-depth capabilities, certifications, and firmographic detail, so matching is made against what your company actually does. Reviewing and editing your profile is free.
Opportunities
When an RFQ or capability request matches your company profile, the pre-qualified opportunity is brought to you for consideration. You decide whether to pursue it.
Procurement
Submit an RFQ or a capability request. We compare it against the company profiles in the network to identify vetted vendors that fit your need.

What We Verify, and How.

The network is private. No vendor is Validex Vetted until it has completed vetting with us, underperformers are not kept, and Indexed companies carry no designation until they earn it. We work under NDAs so both sides can share what the work requires, with sensitive documents and information handled the way compliance demands.

How a vendor moves from Indexed to Validex Vetted. Every vendor registers first; vetting begins from the portal.

  1. 01

    Introduction

Initial conversations, usually by phone or video, to understand what the vendor does, its capacity today, and where it wants to go.

  2. 02

    Capability Profile Review

Your company's capability profile is reviewed with you and properly aligned to what the company does.

  3. 03

    Documentation Review

Certifications, insurance, compliance, and financial standing are collected and verified against the source, not taken from a form.

  4. 04

    Verification

Follow-up communication, reference checks, and clarifying questions. Site visits when necessary.

  5. 05

    Approval

Only after every step clears does a vendor earn the Validex Vetted designation. Each carries a capabilities assessment and depth profile we use internally for vetting and opportunity matching.

Questions We Get Asked First.

What does it cost a vendor?

Nothing to register and no membership fee. We are paid when you are paid, and terms are set before any introduction is made.

What does it cost a buyer?

Nothing, at any stage.

Do you work under NDA?

Yes. NDAs are in place so vendors and buyers can share what the work requires, drawings and commercial terms included. Sensitive documents and information are handled the way compliance demands.

Can a vendor decline an opportunity, or get help finding clients?

Yes to both. We bring each opportunity to the vendor directly, already pre-qualified against your company profile, and the vendor decides. Beyond open opportunities, we help vendors find new clients as a service.

Where does Validex Intel operate?

The network is United States only; buyers anywhere can source through it. We operate out of Jamestown, New York.

One Registration. Full Network Access.

Vendors and buyers both start by registering. We take it from there.
