Work That Already Fits.
When an RFQ or capability request matches your company profile, we bring it to you already pre-qualified against that profile: the requirement, the volume, the timing, and the region. Every requirement is verified, along with the buyer behind it, before it goes anywhere.
Nothing to monitor, and whether you pursue it is always your call. Declining costs you nothing and does not affect your standing in the network. We only get paid when you get paid. Other arrangements may be necessary for specialized situations.
Your Profile Is What Gets Matched.
Every opportunity is matched against your company profile: the capabilities you hold, the certifications behind them, your capacity, and the firmographic detail that tells us where you fit. If your email is already linked to your company in our network, the profile is ready the moment you sign in. If the company is in the network but your email is not yet linked to it, we verify your role before granting access. If your company is not in the network yet, we research it and compile the profile at no cost, then notify you when it is ready to review and correct.
Reviewing and editing your profile is free and stays free. That places you at the Indexed tier. Completing vetting earns the Validex Vetted designation, where matching is prioritized, and it also costs nothing.
